Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Achievable Coaching's website or purchasing any coaching services. By accessing our website or purchasing a coaching plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Achievable Coaching
Achievable Coaching is an online coaching service operated by Alex Beattie, based in the United Kingdom. We provide personalised online training and nutrition coaching through the Achievable Coaching app, powered by Trainerize. Our website is achievablecoaching.com and you can contact us at alex@achievablecoaching.com.
2. Our Services
Achievable Coaching offers two coaching plans, each available billed weekly or monthly at your choice, with a 90-day minimum term:
- Training Only — £30/week or £120/month — includes a custom training programme built around you, personalised calorie and macro targets, in-app food tracking and food scanning, a weekly in-app check-in every week, a monthly 1:1 call with your coach, and direct messaging access.
- Training + Nutrition — £50/week or £200/month — includes everything in Training Only, plus a fully custom nutrition plan built to your personal targets, updated as your macros and progress change and reviewed every month.
Both plans include weekly in-app check-ins every week (four per calendar month) and one monthly 1:1 call with your coach reviewing the full month's data. If you are unable to attend, or would prefer not to take the call, your coach will instead record a video reviewing your month's data and walking you through it.
Both plans are billed weekly or monthly, at your choice, at the same total cost either way, and carry a minimum term of 90 days from your start date. All coaching services are delivered digitally through the Achievable Coaching app. No in-person sessions are included.
3. The Achievable Guarantee
We offer a 90-day results guarantee on both Training Only and Training + Nutrition. If you do not see results within 90 days of starting your programme, we will refund you in full.
To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:
- Complete every weekly in-app check-in throughout the full 90-day period, with no gaps
- Complete your monthly 1:1 call with your coach each month (or the recorded video review where applicable)
- Follow your training programme as prescribed
- Hit your calorie and macro targets as directed
- Maintain direct communication with your coach throughout
The guarantee applies to both plans and requires full adherence to the programme throughout the entire 90-day minimum term. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the 90-day period ending and must be accompanied by evidence of full adherence.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services from Achievable Coaching. By purchasing a coaching plan, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme. Achievable Coaching is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
5. Payments and Billing
Both plans can be billed weekly or monthly, at your choice, at the same total cost either way. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Trainerize. By purchasing a coaching plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis matching your selected billing frequency.
Both plans carry a minimum term of 90 days from your start date. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.
6. Cancellation Policy
Both plans carry a 90-day minimum term from your start date. After the minimum term has been completed, you may cancel at any time with no exit fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancellation requests made before the 90-day minimum term has been completed are handled under the Achievable Guarantee (Section 3) where the client has met the guarantee's eligibility criteria.

7. Refund Policy
Outside of the 90-day guarantee detailed in Section 3, we do not offer refunds once a coaching programme has been created and delivered, due to the personalised and digital nature of our services.
If you experience any issues with your coaching service, please contact us at alex@achievablecoaching.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including any rights you may have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Your Responsibilities
As a client of Achievable Coaching, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information during onboarding and check-ins
- Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your programme
- Follow your programme as directed and communicate any issues or concerns promptly
- Not share your coaching programme or content with third parties
- Treat your coach and any Achievable Coaching staff with respect in all communications
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Achievable Coaching provides general fitness and nutrition guidance only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
You participate in our coaching programmes at your own risk. Achievable Coaching accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following our programmes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on achievablecoaching.com, including training programmes, nutrition guides, written content, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Achievable Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achievable Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify existing clients of any significant changes by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
